Most discussions on arm angle seem to start with hands or elbows.
Let's start instead with the shoulders.
Here are 2 of the several strides shown in lesson 4. This time we're looking from the top down to show what happens with the head, and the acromial line through the shoulders. Left is a linear stride; right has more torque (stepping in, shoulders turning back). Darker green is first position, brighter green is at full load.
